We are full-service domestic, commercial and industrial electrical contractors with the expertise to deal with a wide range of electrical problems and projects, from extra power points in your home to a new office or factory. We also have the expertise for specialised installations such as solar power, optical fibre installation or smart home programming.
We have a comprehensive range of our own equipment – from pliers and wire crimpers to scissor lifts and cable hauling gear – so we’re always fast and efficient on site.
If you’re developing a new site, just give us your plans and we’ll design the infrastructure that you need. We’ll start with a blank plan and work with you to determine your needs and design the job correctly from the start – this helps ensure that the price does not change. When it comes to dealing with supply authorities to obtain permits or inspectors we make it easy for you because we do it all the time and understand what’s needed.

The Team
We have a core team of electricians, that have been trained from the start of their career as first year apprentices into A-Grade electricians. We pick good people, train them well and ensure they are also well equipped – so we keep them. This means that all our projects are delivered to the same high standards of quality, promptness and competence.
Marcus
Marcus Cranny started Positive Electrics in 2006. He loves the challenges that being a full-service electrical contractor brings – there is always something different to do. Marcus’ goal for Positive Electrics is simple – for us to be “the electrician of your dreams” designing and delivering quality installations, handling the hassles of dealing with supply authorities and inspectors, showing up on time and getting the job done right, from the beginning of every project to final installation. Outside of work, Marcus is into camping, fishing, water skiing and family.
